We deliver not only higher leverage ratios, but can also fully fund CAPEX needs in any re-positioning effort. We arrange intelligently structured funding for the following asset classes:
Multi Family: class B/C assets situated in large urban centers. We target “value-add” and core opportunities with complexes of a minimum of 50 units, but will consider smaller opportunities on a case by case basis.
Health care: we focus on strategically located ALF’s, senior living, memory loss and other health care facilities. As an elite tier provider of integrated services in the ALF space, we offer end to end solutions that include market studies, architectural services, development, construction and management operations as well as financing, all on a JV platform as an option.
Hospitality: In primary and secondary market arenas with value-creating possibilities. We provide acquisition or improvement capital through a mix of strategies that include strong JV possibilities with experienced and well-capitalized developers.
Other asset classes: we work with other asset classes also, including single-purpose assets and difficult to fund opportunities. If the economics make sense, then the deal is fundable!
